The fascination of the Beato (or Beatus) de Lieban arose in me as I started to enter the beuty of the Visigothig script.
The very idea was born when I was dreaming of having an illuminated manuscript of the past; sadly the prices for this kind of books are affordable just for banks and so I started, firstly, with the idea to write some religious texts in the Visigothic script, that I find really fascinating.
In my reasearch, I encountered the fantastic Commentary of the Beato de Liebana; but my fascination could not stop just in front of the fantastic script but expanded over the drawings that are enclosed to the original text.
It represents actually one of the most beautiful example of the Mozarabic art.
